Research by ThaiWise

We work to drive policy change through research and by presenting issues related to Thai women in Sweden. ThaiWise acts as a voice for Thais, helping Swedish authorities gain a deeper understanding of the challenges Thai people face in adapting and relocating. This aims to ensure that Thais can access state welfare comprehensively. For example, we collaborate with Lund University on issues affecting Thai women in Sweden. Additionally, we present research findings to governmental agencies at the policy level to raise awareness of the problems faced by Thai women. This is done to foster change and improvements, enabling vulnerable Thai groups to access welfare and protection more effectively.
